The tour...

• Top floor:
  Master bedroom: king size double bed
  Bedroom two: single bed & bunkbeds
  Bathroom
  
• Ground floor:
  Large sitting room: Satellite TV (Freesat) & DVD, CD player / radio
  Wood-burning stove
  
• Lower Ground floor:
  Huge open plan kitchen/diner
  Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment
  Sofa
  
• Garden: table, chairs, BBQ and a view of the stream

The cottage has full central heating, plus a wood-burner in the sitting room.

Children

Kids always have a great time here: the garden backs onto the mill stream, but is safely fenced in to stop the more adventurous taking an early bath. Just across the road is a ford and small waterfall which our 6 year old, Nathan, likes to spend most of his time exploring.

There are 2 staircases which toddlers and crawlers may have problems with - both have stair-gates fitted.
